New Features

Retail Analytics Refresh

We’ve rolled out a major update to Retail Analytics focused on improving data accuracy, and usability.

What’s new

  • Enhanced filtering

    • New date picker for easier time range selection

    • Filters can now be applied at the individual table or chart level

  • Improved visualizations: More intentional use of color for clarity and cleaner, more consistent chart designs

  • Faster load times: Data is now cached and preloaded so dashboards render immediately on entry

  • Drawer-based data views: Nested data now opens in drawers instead of collapsible tables - consistent with patterns used across the platform

  • Comparison reporting improvements: Easier side-by-side performance analysis across time periods

  • Usage tracking enhancements: Improved tracking of which tables and visualizations are being used

Updates & changes

  • Members tab renamed: “Members” is now Loyalty

  • Campaign reporting consolidation: Data from Actions & Conversions has moved to Campaign Reports

Consumer SSO across AIQ Loyalty, Mobile App & Ecommerce

Customers can now use a single login across all AIQ customer-facing experiences within the same company: including Mobile Apps, Web Wallets, and Ecommerce Menus.

How it works
Customers only need to create their account once, wherever they start:

  • Sign up in the Mobile App → use the same login for Web Wallet and Ecommerce

  • Sign up during Ecommerce checkout → use those credentials in the Mobile App and Web Wallet

Once logged in, customers are recognized across all experiences, no additional sign-ins required.

Note: No action is required for retailers to enable this, and we handle if consumers already had both accounts.

Optimizations

  • Discounts — Redemption label updated from "Per Discount" to "Per Persona" to correctly explain how this logic works.

  • Support Links — All in-app documentation links migrated from the old support domain to the new Help Center URL.

  • Audience Traits — Removed cap on "Purchased X brand/product/category (1-10 times)" trait (was limited to 1–10) - can now be any number.

Bugs

  • Discounts:

    • Fixed audience exclusion logic

    • Added back Time to start/end date/time

    • Fixed issue with missing columns in the CSV download

    • Fixed issue where selecting Static %/$ and Trigger a partner platform reward were not able to be selected at the same time

    • Fixed issue where discount photo and min spend were not saving

  • Brand Analytics — Resolved scheduled reports page failing to load.

  • Personas — Wallet pass messages now appear correctly in message history.

  • Flows — Nodes with no next step no longer display a misleading 0% completion rate.

  • Forecaster — Now correctly reflects updated billing configurations and credit limits

  • Signup Forms — Terms & Conditions text color now saves and applies correctly.
