AIQ Product Updates for July 21, 2026
New Features
Audiences Redesign
The Audiences experience has been fully redesigned with a modernized interface, a more powerful condition builder, and smarter organization tools.
Audiences List Page
Tags replace Groups: The left-hand group sidebar has been removed. Audiences are now organized with Tags, which support search and multi-select filtering. All existing Groups have been automatically migrated to Tags
New filter bar: Three inline filters are now available above the table: Tags, Modifiers, and Audience Size
Configurable columns: A new column customizer lets you choose which columns appear in the Audiences table and in what order. Preferences are saved
Consolidated action menu: A new (⋯) menu provides quick access to Download CSV, View Archived Audiences, and Bulk Update
Simplified create flow: A single "+" button now opens the Audience Builder inline — no separate page navigation required
Audience Builder
Audience Info: Tags can now be assigned directly within the builder. Badge selection has been updated to an image uploader with a preview thumbnail
Per-condition AND/OR logic: Logic operators are now configured per condition, allowing complex nested logic such as (A AND B) OR (C AND D). Previously, a single global operator applied to all conditions
Points Modifiers: Modifier settings have been surfaced as a dedicated section with four clearly labeled options: No Modifier, Multiply, Boost, and Zero Points
Forecasted Audience Size: The live estimate now shows a percentage of total customers alongside the raw count. Random Sample and Persona Search replace the old Forecast and Spot Check buttons
In-builder actions: A new (⋯) menu on the edit page gives quick access to Duplicate, Analyze, Archive, and export options
All existing audiences and conditions are fully preserved. Groups have been automatically migrated to Tags.
Email Deliverability
Email Deliverability surfaces email health in one place, including your send funnel, delivery rates over time, failure reasons, spam rates, invalid contacts, and per-provider breakdowns.
Send Funnel: Breaks down your email data from sent, delivered, opened, and clicked. Allows you to see at each step how many customers converted versus how many didn't
Delivery Rates: Allows you to see daily delivery rate
Failure Reasons: A breakdown of emails that were undelivered or flagged as spam
Spam Rate: Indicates your spam rate and whether you are below or above the recommended threshold
Per-Provider Breakdown: A breakdown of emails sent, delivery rate, open rate, bounce rate, and click rate per mailbox provider
Invalid Contacts: Lists customers with invalid contact information and the campaign they were tied to

Integrations
MJ Freeway: We will now sync over the medical ID number and expiration date from MJ Freeway customers and import those values into AIQ. We will also now map customer type. With this, you will be able to create audiences around expiration dates and customer types within AIQ
Sonny's Car Wash: AIQ now supports an integration with Sonny's Car Wash. We pull customers, sales, and inventory data into the platform
