Astro Prompt: describe the campaign, get the campaign
Prompt Astro in plain English and it builds audiences, copy, email HTML, flows, and discounts. Ask business questions to get live, exportable tables and charts, then build a targeted audience straight from the results. Everything lands as a draft. Nothing goes live until you activate it, and every Astro-built asset is tagged with the Astro icon so you always know what it made.
Astro Prompt comes with $50 of usage on us, so you can put it to work before you spend anything.
Shared Memory: teach it once, every agent knows it
One knowledge layer serving both Voice AI and Chat AI, so there is no second setup. Upload files and links as Knowledge Buckets, add FAQ pairs, and write Behaviors, the conditional rules that tell your agents how to respond in specific situations. Set defaults account-wide, then override them per location. Many stores, one knowledge base.
Voice AI: every missed call is a lost sale
An AI agent answers your store phone in the voice you choose. It verifies callers before discussing anything account-level, checks orders and live inventory, shares points balances and rewards, enrolls customers in loyalty, and warm-transfers to a person with a briefing on who is calling and why. An AI agent on your website answers store, menu, and product questions, and once it has verified the customer, checks their loyalty balance, rewards, and recent orders. It runs on the same knowledge and the same tools as Voice AI, so answers stay consistent online and by phone. Customize the widget's name, starter questions, and appearance to match your brand. Chat AI works as a stand alone product or integrated into the Terpli AI flow to reduce widgets on your website. All chats flow into our redesigned Chat Inbox where you can view previous sessions your customers have had with your Chat AI widget and respond to your customers directly.
AI Onboarding: eleven steps from signed to running
New accounts get a guided setup that goes from welcome email to a working platform. Astro pre-builds all eleven items from your existing brand info: retail stores, brand assets, a carrier-safe texting logo, mobile app branding, 10DLC registration, signup forms, sending domain, starter email and SMS flows, social links, and loyalty tiers. You approve, change, or regenerate each one. A progress bar shows what is done and what still needs you, and you can skip steps and come back.
Astro Live Browser: your tech stack, controlled from one place
Your data does not live in one system, and neither does your work. Astro Prompt opens a live view of your Dutchie backoffice from a chat inside AIQ. Check inventory, pull and download sales reports, look up customers and transaction history, review or update backoffice, POS settings, and create or update promotions and discounts, without leaving AIQ and without waiting on an integration to be built.

What you need to do
Agree to AIQ's AI Addendum. When you login to AIQ, you will be greeted with a popup modal to read and agree to AIQ's updated AI addendum. Once accepted, you will see Astro AI available in your side navigation bar.
Open Astro AI in your AIQ dash. Astro Prompt works immediately against the data you already have.
Build one Shared Memory bucket. Start by pasting the link to your existing FAQ page, or create your FAQ's manually.
Install the AIQ pixel on your site. One paste switches on Chat AI and your retail media placements.
Give Voice AI a number and a voice. Attach your memory bucket, then point your store line at it.
Review your first thirty days of call and chat data with your CSM.
Good to know
Astro Prompt's analytics and insights require an analytics package on your account. Campaign, flow, discount, and audience generation work without one.
