AIQ updates for October 27th, 2022
New features, optimizations and bug fixes from October 27th, 2022.
10.27.22
New - Ability to have 'internal names' for discounts
Dashboard > Marketing > Discounts
'Internal Names' are discount names that aren't visible to your customers. This is an optional internal tool you can use to help organize discounts. If left blank, the 'internal name' will populate with what you have input for 'What are you discounting?'.
10.25.22
New - New {totalPointsEarned} and {totalPointsRedeemed} personalization macros
Audiences
We created two new personalization macros that will automatically pull the total points earned or total points redeemed to use in your marketing campaigns.
New - Ability to download discount redemptions to CSV
Discounts
We know how much you love pivot tables and getting in the #weeds with data so we added the ability to download a discount redemptions CSV to manipulate to your heart's content. To the right of any discount, click the 'outline' icon under 'Action' and a modal (pronounced 'moe-dahl') will appear. Enter the date range and email recipient(s) you want to send the report to, click 'OK' and a report will be generated. The column headers included in the report will be timestamp, points, discount, POS, receipt, store, and store_id.
10.20.22
New - Set custom permissions for 'Manager' roles
Settings > Company Account > Team Members
You now have the ability to enable/disable the ability to edit points for users with Store Manager access.
Update - Longer lasting success message pop-ups on loyalty sign-up & wallet log-in forms
Sign-up forms / Wallet Log-In forms
It's a blessing and a privilege to be part of your loyalty program so we want to make sure customers are 100% aware of it. Now, when a customer completes a sign-up form or wallet log-in form, we increased the time the 'Success!' or confirmation pop-up stays open letting your customers know to expect a text or email login link.
10.19.22
New - one-time 10DLC pin-code for SMS messages
Settings > Account Toggles
New pin-code verification system for customers that are opted into SMS marketing. If this toggle is enabled, customers will go through a one-time pin-code verification process and won't have to submit a code again unless they switch devices and/or browsers.
This feature can only be enabled by an AIQ team member. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or submit a ticket via the big green HELP button in the dashboard to turn this feature on.

10.13.2
New - Birthday trigger in advanced settings of campaign builder
Campaigns > Advanced settings
Instead of using an "is their birthday" audience, you can use the "All tracked subscribers" audience and flip the Trigger when it's the contact's birthday toggle to send to help that customer celebrate their big day in style. Click the Advanced settings dropdown to find the birthday trigger.
New- Direct linking to a persona / from the audience spot checker
Audiences, Personas
You know how you get annoyed every time we ask for a customer's email/phone number to look into an issue? We went ahead and fixed that. Now you can hyperlink a customer's profile from the Persona page via the Traits slide out and click-to-copy "Profile Link" or the audience builder spot checker. So next time you want to send an example of a customer, just use one of those and we'll know exactly where to look.
Update - Add start date selector to expire points setting
Settings > Points & Permissions > Points settings
You can now set a start date for your Points should expire after x days setting. This would avoid applying expiration dates retroactively for customers that have been active in the loyalty program prior to enabling the setting.
10.4.22
New - Option to add "Medical ID/Expiration Date" as field on sign-up form
Settings > Sign-up Form > Create Sign-up Form
You now have the ability to add a field for "Medical License/ID" on the loyalty sign-up form. If enabled, a field for the medical ID and a separate field the expiration date will show on the sign-up form. Regardless of whether you set the "Medical License/ID" to "optional" or "required", the "Medical License/ID Expiration" field will always be optional. If enabled, the Medical ID and expiration date will show on the customer's persona profile on the "Traits" slide out.
New - Toggle to choose the Sign-Up Form used for Refer-a-friend sign-ups
Settings > Sign-Up Forms
Enable this toggle to have this be the sign-up form used when customers sign up via a Refer-A-Friend link.
