AIQ Product Updates for November 10, 2026
New Features
Tiered Audiences
You can now build spend-based loyalty tiers in the Audience Builder and show members their progress in your mobile app. In Audiences, select Create a Loyalty Tier, set a spend threshold, then use + Add tier to build each level. Each tier can have its own badge and points modifier. To show tiers in the app, turn on Show loyalty tier on the home screen under Settings > Mobile App > App Features > Features. Members will see their current tier, badge and progress toward the next tier. Your mobile app must be running at least v5.4.391.
Optimizations
[Ecom] Offers: We have added the ability for organizations to hide the offer card that appears in the offers carousel as well as on the top of the offers page. These are shown by default, but you can hide it by going to your offer, select step 4 and disable Show Offer Card.
[Ecom] Offers: We have added the ability to create Buy X, Get Y offers that discounts a second unit only when it is the same product. To try it out, go to Menu > Offers > select Deal > Buy X, Get Y > enable Require same product ID/SKU.

[Ecom] After Hours Ordering: Your online menu now follows your After Hours Ordering and Purchase Window settings more closely at checkout:
Next-day orders off: if After Hours Ordering is off and your Purchase Window is 1 day, checkout is paused once you’ve closed for the day. Shoppers see a message asking them to check back during business hours.
Before you open: shoppers can still place orders for later that same day.
Next-day orders on: if After Hours Ordering is on, shoppers who order after you close will be defaulted to the next business day.
[Ecom] Kiosk: Kiosks keep taking orders after your store closes, so shoppers still in the store can finish checking out. These orders are dated for the day they’re placed, even if your Purchase Window allows later days. The “store closed” banner no longer appears on kiosks, since it only applies to online ordering.
[Ecom] Reviews JSON-LD: Product reviews are now visible to search engines. Customer reviews on your product pages now help those pages show up in search. Until now, search engines saw a product’s overall star rating but not the reviews themselves. Now each approved review is included in a form search engines can read: the reviewer’s first name, the star rating, the date, the review text and any photo.
[Analytics] Retail Analytics: You can now more easily view past reports run on your account. Go to Analytics, then click View reports in the top right to see the list. Click any report in the table to re-run it directly in your analytics dashboard.

Bugs
[Ecom] Links: Fixed an issue where shared links were not showing the most up-to-date logo in the preview.
[Ecom] Logos: Fixed an issue where only AIQ admins were able to update your brands logos.
[Ecom] Analytics: Fixed an issue where roles scoped with only store analytic permissions were unable to see their specific stores analytics.
