New Features

Custom conversion windows by action

When reviewing your campaign configuration, you can select “Engagements (x set)” under "Conversion Tracking" and configure a custom attribution window for each action. By default, these will follow the attribution window defined in your account settings unless set here.

Transaction emails via public API

A new endpoint (/api/v2/email) is now available, allowing stores to send custom transactional emails through our API.

Flows: New lottery nodes

Added the ability to create random lottery winners within the Flows builder. When configuring a lottery, you can choose between two options: a lifetime limit, which sets the total number of winners who will proceed down the YES path, or a recurring limit, which allows you to define how many winners are selected over a set interval (hours, days, weeks, months, or years).

Optimizations

[Marketing] Geofence: The geofence circle used for wallet pass notifications has been adjusted to more accurately reflect the 100-meter radius supported by Apple.

[Discounts] Redemptions Export: The limit on redemptions has been removed when exporting from the updated Discounts page, allowing access to the full dataset. Additionally, start and end time fields have been added to analytics redemption exports by store, enabling retailers to filter results for a specific time period.

[Settings] Recurring Reports: The Recurring Reports page has been reskinned to our new UI.

Intergrations

[Axis/GearFire] When waivers are completed, AIQ will now send these waivers to Axis in real-time. To enable, head to Settings > Integrations > Axis and input the required credentials from Axis.

Bugs

[Flows] Resolved an issue where split nodes did not correctly display the percentage distribution between YES and NO paths.

[Campaigns] Resolved an issue where some duplicated waterfall campaigns failed to send due to a missing schedule, which previously caused them to fail silently without an error message.
