New Features

Mobile App Analytics

We're excited to introduce the Mobile App Analytics tab within the Analytics section, currently in beta, giving you a dedicated, real-time view into how your customers are engaging with your branded mobile app. This feature is currently in beta and will be rolling out to users on a rolling cadence. In order to have access, your app must be running a minimum of v5.4.74+. Learn more below in the Mobile App section on what steps may need to be completed.

App Performance Overview

Track the health and growth of your app at a glance with the Report Period Breakdown chart, which plots key engagement metrics over time: App Signups, App Opens, Daily Active Users (DAU), and Engaged Users.

Discount & Loyalty Events

Monitor how customers are interacting with your promotions and loyalty program directly within the app. This section tracks Discount Redeemed, Discount Opened, All Discounts Viewed, Badges Viewed, and Collectible Code Redeemed activity over time, helping you understand which incentives are driving in-app engagement.

Top Actions

See which actions your app users are taking most frequently, ranked by share of activity. Currently tracked actions include Referrals, Reviews, Discount Redeemed, Collectible Code redemptions, and Ordering, available only for AIQ Ecommerce customers, giving you a quick read on where your customers are spending their time in the app.

Push Notifications

A dedicated Push Notifications overview panel is included to surface performance statistics for your in-app push campaigns as data becomes available.

Referral & Review Link Events

Understand how customers are sharing your brand and leaving reviews across external platforms. This chart tracks clicks and activity across Refer a Friend, Weedmaps, Google, Leafly, iOS App Store, Google Play Store, Yelp, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.

Product Events

Get visibility into in-app shopping behavior with the Product Events chart, tracking Orders Viewed, Order Placed, Product Reviewed, Shop Viewed, Updates Viewed, and FAQs Viewed over time.


Note: Mobile analytics data is available from June 2026 onward. Historical date ranges will fill in over time as data accumulates.

Optimizations

V2 Vault Reporting

June reports, and all future monthly reporting, will reflect the updated V2 Vault Reporting format. Improvements include:

  • Cleaner, more descriptive column headers

  • Accounting-style number formatting

  • month_delta has been split into two distinct columns: Prior Period Adjustment and Starting Balance

  • New Prior Period Adjustments appendix showing a per-store, per-event breakdown of Prior Period Adjustments

  • Reports are now sorted by Store ID for consistent ordering

  • New Net Points Variance column showing points percentage increase/decrease per store

  • Adjustments are now attributed to the customer's favorite store instead of being marked unassignable

  • Totals row added to the bottom of the main section for improved readability

Expiring Points in the Persona Table

For accounts migrated to FIFO, the Persona Overview Table now displays how many points each persona has expiring in the next 15, 30, and 45 days.

Want the latest updates? Mobile app updates are not always automatically pushed — to receive a specific version, please contact our support team and request a rebuild to your desired version number.

Version 5.4.95

  • Fixed an issue where the push notification toggle was not saving correctly.

Version 5.4.74+

  • Mobile app analytics require a minimum app version of 5.4.74. If your app hasn't been automatically rebuilt, please verify that your Apple Developer Agreements are up-to-date — this is required to keep your app receiving updates.

Integrations

IntakeQ: We have integrated with IntakeQ to pull member details into AIQ and connect them with your personas.

Bugs

  • [Data Ops] Fixed an issue where Alleaves imports were taking longer than 24 hours to complete.

  • [Integrations] Added a "Freeze" toggle to the Meadow integration, allowing stores to freeze outdated credentials.

  • [Reporting] Fixed an issue where Flow reporting was not displaying total points and discounts gifted during a flow journey.

  • [Loyalty] Fixed an issue where users with the proper permissions were unable to add points to customers.

  • [Settings] The Wallet Pass page is now correctly restricted for Manager-role users, who do not have access to this page.
