New Features
Flows now available + New Flow traits
In case you missed our previous release notes, Flows is now live for all Marketing Pro+ accounts, giving you powerful automation tools to trigger personalized journeys based on customer behavior.
To help you build more precise audiences and measure flow performance, we’ve added several new Flow-related audience traits:
Flow started: Customers who have entered a specific flow.
Flow completed: Customers who have completed a flow.
Personas current flow step: Customers currently at a specific step within a flow.
Completed step in flow: Customers who have completed a specific step in a flow.
Has made a purchase from flow: Customers who made a purchase attributed to a flow.
Has redeemed a discount from flow: Customers who redeemed a discount associated with a flow.
Has opened a message from flow: Customers who opened a message (email, SMS, etc.) sent through a flow.

Optimizations
[Audiences] New audience trait for Is loyalty signup anniversary = true/false
Use this to send ongoing Campaigns or Flows for messaging customers on their loyalty anniversary
[Reporting] Added Schedule Type filter (ongoing, blast, etc.) to Reporting page
[Reporting] Added a new Flows dropdown in Reporting, allowing you to filter by a single flow or select multiple flows, consistent with existing campaign filtering.
[Dashboard] New Dashboard widget showing opt-ins per channel (email, SMS, etc.)
Bugs
[Campaigns] Fixed an issue where previous image search results persisted after closing and reopening the image search modal. Results now properly reset, eliminating the need to enter and delete a new keyword to refresh images.
[Reporting] Fixed an issue where the Tags filter could enter an infinite loading state when an error occurred. The loading spinner now properly resolves instead of spinning indefinitely.
[Dashboard] We fixed an issue where a toast error "insights not in cache" was showing upon logging in to the dash
