New Features

Flows now available + New Flow traits

In case you missed our previous release notes, Flows is now live for all Marketing Pro+ accounts, giving you powerful automation tools to trigger personalized journeys based on customer behavior.

To help you build more precise audiences and measure flow performance, we’ve added several new Flow-related audience traits:

  • Flow started: Customers who have entered a specific flow.

  • Flow completed: Customers who have completed a flow.

  • Personas current flow step: Customers currently at a specific step within a flow.

  • Completed step in flow: Customers who have completed a specific step in a flow.

  • Has made a purchase from flow: Customers who made a purchase attributed to a flow.

  • Has redeemed a discount from flow: Customers who redeemed a discount associated with a flow.

  • Has opened a message from flow: Customers who opened a message (email, SMS, etc.) sent through a flow.

Optimizations

[Audiences] New audience trait for Is loyalty signup anniversary = true/false

  • Use this to send ongoing Campaigns or Flows for messaging customers on their loyalty anniversary

[Reporting] Added Schedule Type filter (ongoing, blast, etc.) to Reporting page

[Reporting] Added a new Flows dropdown in Reporting, allowing you to filter by a single flow or select multiple flows, consistent with existing campaign filtering.

[Dashboard] New Dashboard widget showing opt-ins per channel (email, SMS, etc.)

Bugs

[Campaigns] Fixed an issue where previous image search results persisted after closing and reopening the image search modal. Results now properly reset, eliminating the need to enter and delete a new keyword to refresh images.

[Reporting] Fixed an issue where the Tags filter could enter an infinite loading state when an error occurred. The loading spinner now properly resolves instead of spinning indefinitely.

[Dashboard] We fixed an issue where a toast error "insights not in cache" was showing upon logging in to the dash
