Introducing AIQ Flows: Real-time customer journey automation
We’re excited to announce AIQ Flows, a powerful new way to design, launch, and measure automated customer journeys across messaging and loyalty, all in real time.
Flows bring together triggers, messaging, rewards, timing, and analytics into a single visual builder, allowing you to move beyond basic campaigns and create experiences that adapt to customer behavior as it happens.
Build everything from simple welcome series and drip campaigns to complex, multi-step automation that reacts to customer engagement, timing, and conditions.
AI Conditions
Flows support AI condition nodes [BETA], allowing you to split or route journeys based on dynamic or external signals.
You can test prompts before launch to confirm whether conditions return a YES, NO, or undecided result when evaluating future events, helping ensure flows behave as expected before going live.

Use our Templates as a starting point to create and launch flows faster.
Omnichannel Orchestration
Flows support automation across all AIQ messaging channels (email, SMS, wallet pass, voice drop, browser push, mobile push, and more) all orchestrated within a single journey.
You can add time delays measured in minutes, hours, or days, and use conditional logic (splits) to route customers down different paths based on engagement or behavior. You can also define re-entry + cooldown.
Built-in loyalty
You can also take loyalty actions directly inside a flow, automatically gifting points or issuing discounts based on conditions, helping you reward engagement at the moment it matters most.
Flow Analytics
View Flow performance, both aggregated across all your flows and per flow at the step-level.
Getting Started with Flows
You can start building Flows today from the Marketing section of your dashboard. Once launched, performance tracking begins automatically.
