AIQ Product Updates for April 29, 2025
This update will be available in all products as of Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
Mobile Apps Update
We have updated our Mobile App to improve the UX and align with the new global branding settings, so you can create a consistent look and feel across all of your consumer-facing touch points.
How to upgrade?
Navigate to Settings > Mobile App and you will be presented with the option to upgrade to the new app. Our team will be notified and will begin the upgrade process.
Your old settings will map over, but feel free to check out what's new. For information about updated functionality and settings, see our docs.
Notes:
The upgrade will not happen instantly, our team will be notified and will begin the process to get your upgraded app relaunched to the app store.
There is no additional cost for upgrading.
Legacy app settings will be available until 7/31/25. At that point you will be required to upgrade. Please allow enough time to fully migrate to the new app before this cutoff period.
Bringing more AIQ Discount Settings to AIQ Ecommerce
AIQ Ecommerce shows AIQ loyalty at checkout, including the ability to view and redeem discounts. We now sync additional settings from the AIQ discount builder, including:
Spend requirement (Minimum spend)
Discount stacking rules

New Permission for 'Staff' Role
New role permission setting to allow Staff members to edit Persona traits. This can be found under Settings > Member Settings > Role Permissions.
Optimizations 
[ECOM] AIQ Ecommerce now syncs totals from POSaBIT. This will override any taxes/discounts in AIQ Ecommerce with values that come from POSaBIT.
[ECOM] Offer eligibility is now based on pickup/delivery date NOT order date.
[ECOM] We will send the Order ID to Onfleet and expose it in their UI as AIQ Ecommerce Order ID.
[ECOM] AIQ Ecommerce has made the required parameters update to fetch products.
[LOYALTY] Added date_of_last_sale_all_time to the Persona report. This is the date of the last sale for this persona for all time (not restricted to the timeframe of the report).
This is in addition to the existing column date_of_last_sale_in_range, which is the date of the last sale made by the persona within the timeframe of the report. If the last sale was prior to the timeframe of the report, it will show as blank.
[UI UPDATES] We have reskinned the following to our new UI:
Settings > Company Account > Team Members
Settings > Alerts & Reports > Alerts Manager
Bugs 
[Sign Up Forms] Fixed a bug that was forcing SMS auto opt-in toggle back to disabled after initially being enabled.
[ECOM] When 'accept ordering' is disabled, a banner stating so is be displayed on the menu. We fixed a bug where the banner was not showing.
[ECOM] We fixed a bug where the product's price was incorrectly displaying as $0 on the confirmation page when it's part of an offer.
[ECOM] We fixed a bug where order type segmentation was not applying for sale offers.
[ECOM] We fixed a bug where disabling product review emails were still being sent.
[ECOM] We fixed a bug where grouped products were being counted as part of the 10-product carousel limit.
