Syncing from POS [Open BETA]

Tired of manually entering offer data across multiple systems? We're starting to simplify that process by syncing available settings from your POS's API directly into AIQ Ecom.

This feature is currently being tested, but all customers on Dutchie POS and Flourish POS can optionally opt-in. See details here.

Offers Order Type Segmentation

Want your offer to be available for just Delivery orders? We got you!

While building your Offer, in the Segment tab, you can choose between All Order Types or Specific Order Types, then can define which ones:

Customers will see Offers for all order types, however, there will be an indication on the Offer tile if it applies to only certain order types. We will not restrict a customer from adding the offer or products within the offer to their cart, but will enforce applying the offer at checkout.

Offers Limit Use Per Customer

The Limit Use Per Customer setting allows you to set a number of redemptions on an Offer. More info here.

You can find this feature in the Stacking settings section when creating an Offer:

UI Updates

We have made some UI changes to the Offers builder, making it full width with the review ongoing on the side, thus have removed the dedicated review page.

Optimizations

• If only 1 payment type exists, we will default to that selection at checkout

• Front End caching fixes for speed improvements = faster menu load times

• Default Meta Title and Descriptions on your stores main offers page

• If we pull the Certificate of Analysis from your POS, we will now expose the URL in the coa field in our public Products API

Bug Fixes

• We have fixed a time zone issue where stores were seeing orders go in for the next day

• We have fixed an issue where the age gate and order type modal would appear everytime the menu was hard refreshed.

• Some users experienced an issue loading a category due to a zod error, this has been resolved.
